Job Responsibilities
- Proficiency in ERP software(Tally) & accounting software.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, VAT & TAX all types of payment etc. and maintain all financial records.
- Manage financial control, prepare budget, requisitions and financial reports as per requirements.
- Maintain cash book, ledger book and others registers like stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
- Maintain all sorts of bank transaction.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze historical financial data and spending trends to support budget forecasting and cash-flow management & help management forecast future budgets and manage financial liquidity.
- Support to the internal and external audit teams as project requirements.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any other tasks assigned by the authority.
Requirements
- Only Male
- Experience in preparing sales reports, salary sheets, expense statements, and financial reports.
- Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP) will be an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Educational Requirement
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- CA(CC)
Experience
- At least 5 years
