Job Responsibilities
Space Esse is looking for a Architect to join our Technical Department.The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Interior Drawings, Technical/Detail drawing and construction documentation, with the ability to coordinate drawings across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare interior drawings (2D & 3D) with AutoCAD for our Interior/Civil projects.
- Develop plans, elevations and sections drawing for execution.
- Prepare reflected ceiling plans and electrical layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings for construction.
- Develop furniture and construction details
- Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP requirements
- Review site measurements and existing conditions and Prepare BOQ to submit the client.
- Coordinate with the design team to translate design intent into technical drawings
- Coordinate with execution engineers and site teams
- Revise drawings based on technical reviews
- Maintain Space Esse drawing standards and documentation
- Assist in technical coordination throughout the project
Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in interior working drawings
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Strong understanding of construction detailing
- Experience with joinery and interior detailing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Strong understanding of site conditions and construction
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Is technically strong and detail-oriented
- Can identify problems before they reach site
- Can work independently
- Can coordinate effectively with architects and engineers
- Takes ownership of drawing quality
- Understands that technical accuracy is non-negotiable
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering
Experience
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms
