Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable electronics and home appliance products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, pricing, warranty, and after-sales service policies.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of electronics, home appliances, and products from various brands.
- Promote assigned brands and achieve individual sales and brand-specific targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure proper product displays, accurate pricing, and an organized showroom environment.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and prospective buyers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required by management.
- Address customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sales campaigns.
- Comply with company policies, showroom procedures, attendance rules, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- For managerial positions, lead and supervise showroom staff, monitor individual performance, and ensure achievement of showroom sales targets.
