Job Context Kidney Awareness Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS) is looking for five full-time Assistant Managers to contribute to the development of its Dialysis Units, Pathology Department, and upcoming Hospital Development Projects. This role requires a motivated professional who can support healthcare operations, ensure service quality, and assist in organizational growth.Job Level: Mid-Level Job Location: Any branch of KAMPSJob Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving KAMPS’ mission, vision, goals, and financial objectives.
- Plan, develop, and implement brand and growth strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Support top management in project implementation and other assignments as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in recruiting doctors and staff; evaluate employee performance as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient service quality.
- Provide patient counseling (in person/over phone) on health-related issues. Attend and participate in KAMPS seminars, workshops, and other healthcare-related programs.
- Manage health-related communication, including incoming/outgoing e-mails.
- Perform basic administrative and computer tasks (MS Office, Excel, web browsing, apps).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hospital administration, sales & marketing.
- Experience in healthcare administration will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at hospital/ healthcare organization.

Educational Requirement
