Job Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings for various types of buildings, including RCC and steel structures.
- Prepare structural drawings for various types of RCC and steel structures.
- Prepare construction drawings, fabrication drawings, RAJUK/municipal approval drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to collect architectural and structural data required for the preparation of as-built drawings.
- Prepare architectural and structural as-built drawings based on site measurements and physical verification of existing building conditions.
- Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project team members to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
- Assist the design team in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of drawings in accordance with project schedules.
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in preparing architectural and structural drawings for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in preparing drawings for steel buildings and prefabricated steel sheds.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is essential.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit or other relevant architectural/engineering software will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative drawing team.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet project deadlines.
- Positive attitude, professional work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Civil
- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience
- At least 1 year
