Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with world wide international suppliers via email, calls, and online meetings.
- Regular Coordination with exporters & suppliers regarding all necessary documents as per company requirements via email and zoom meeting.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotation collection and price negotiation.
- Manage full import process including PI, LC, shipment, and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate filling & record keeping of all export and import documents.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
- Maintain strong liaison with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
- Maintain records of business transactions and contracts between company and suppliers.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Master of Science (MSc)
Experience
