Job Responsibilities
- Handle all relevant issues with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding).
- Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard.
- Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames.
- Liaison with relevant department to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
- Assist to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
- Manage customers` accounts and database.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Males, Female & Foreigner are allowed to apply Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
- Should work well independently as well as in a big team
- Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
- Should have patience and good negotiation capability
- Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
- Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
- Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
- Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Having Bachelor in Marketing will be given preference
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
