Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.Handle inbound queries and convert leads into appointments.Maintain a client database and follow up regularly.Coordinate with the internal team to ensure appointments and services are delivered smoothly.Promote a positive brand image over calls and digital platforms.Handle basic PR tasks like follow-up messages, client greetings, and service reminders.Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns if needed.Report daily calling status and feedback to the reporting manager. |
