Other Requirement

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Admin role.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and arranging interviews.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
Handle leave, attendance, and disciplinary records in accordance with foundation policy.
Support in payroll preparation and employee benefits management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Assist in organizing training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
