Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Other Requirement :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Admin role.
  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Responsibilities : Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
  • Handle leave, attendance, and disciplinary records in accordance with foundation policy.
  • Support in payroll preparation and employee benefits management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in organizing training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
