Responsibilities
:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including wiring, lighting, motors, switchgear, and control systems.
Interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Supervise junior electricians and apprentices, providing training and guidance.
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Plan and manage projects, including estimating materials, labor, and timelines.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
