• Develop engineering designs and calculations for Chiller, Boiler, VRF, Generator, Ventilation, Heat Recovery and related industrial utility systems.
• Perform basic cooling/heating load calculations, equipment sizing and system selection.
• Prepare system layouts, equipment arrangements, ducting and piping drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare BOQ, BOM, equipment schedules, technical documentation and preliminary cost estimates.

Technical Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Promote industrial utility products, including Chillers, Boilers, Generators, VRF, AHU, FCU, Heat Recovery and Ventilation Systems.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations and project discussions.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, tender documentation and commercial offers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing business opportunities to support departmental objectives.

Installation, Testing & Technical Services

• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical faults and resolving operational issues involving boilers, heating systems and related industrial equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to service requirements.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports, inspection logs and maintenance records.

Project Coordination & Site Operations

• Coordinate with engineering, sales, project, procurement, supplier and site teams to ensure effective execution.
• Conduct client and project/site visits for technical assessments, design verification, installation support and servicing.
• Assist in resolving engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Support project implementation, equipment selection, installation and commissioning activities.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and quality standards during site operations.

Documentation, Quality & Professional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate engineering drawings, technical records, proposals and service documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain professional service standards.
• Support continuous improvement of technical operations, customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Perform other relevant engineering, commercial or service-related duties as assigned by management.

Specific responsibilities will be assigned according to the candidate's qualifications, experience and designated engineering function.

Core Professional Competencies

• Good understanding of industrial utility systems, engineering products and their practical applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings and client/project requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, engineering and project teams.
• Working proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Self-motivated, responsible and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, technical assessments, project execution and service assignments.

Engineering Design & Technical Applications

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of cooling/heating load calculations, equipment sizing and system selection.
• Familiarity with HVAC, MEP, Boilers, Power Generation, Co-Generation and related industrial utility systems.
• Ability to prepare or interpret technical layouts, BOQ, BOM, specifications and engineering documentation.

Client Solutions & Commercial Coordination

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Understanding of technical proposals, quotations, tender documentation and commercial offers.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with business development, client relationship management and professional follow-up.

Field Operations & Technical Support

• Practical understanding of equipment installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Familiarity with boilers, industrial heating systems and related utility equipment.
• Ability to identify technical faults, troubleshoot operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, site safety practices and service documentation.
