Executive – Automotive Sales & Marketing

Job Context

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide professional assistance.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, websites, and other digital platforms.
3. Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, availability, financing options, and pre-order procedures to potential customers.
4. Generate new sales leads, maintain regular customer follow-ups, and achieve individual monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, communication history, and sales activities in the company's ERP/CRM system.
6. Coordinate vehicle bookings, documentation, payment follow-ups, delivery schedules, and customer handovers.
7. Promote and sell genuine automobile spare parts, accessories, engine oil, filters, GPS trackers, dashcams, and other automotive products.
8. Educate customers about the company's after-sales services, warranty coverage, vehicle maintenance facilities, and service benefits.
9. Create informative automotive awareness videos, product demonstration reels, short videos, and vehicle walkaround content for social media platforms.
10. Participate in video presentations explaining vehicle features, automotive technologies, maintenance tips, spare parts, and accessories.
11. Collect customer feedback, encourage genuine Google Reviews, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
12. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, and Service departments to ensure smooth daily business activities.
13. Prepare daily activity reports, update assigned tasks, and maintain professional communication with supervisors and management.

• Age At least 25 years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be enthusiastic about automotive technologies, different car brands, models, features, and specifications, particularly Japanese automobiles.
• Strong interest in automobile sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Good command of Bangla and basic professional English.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Confidence in presenting products and appearing in social media videos.
• Driving skills with a valid driving licence will be considered an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Strong computer literacy with a minimum English typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy.
