Job Location: Karnaphuli EPZ, North Patenga, Chattogram -4204Job Category: Garments / ApparelAbout the PositionHela Clothing Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a competent, motivated, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive – CAD to support our apparel manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify patterns according to buyer specifications and technical requirements.
- Perform pattern grading accurately for different sizes.
- Prepare efficient markers to optimize fabric consumption.
- Operate Gerber CAD software for pattern making, grading, and marker making.
- Ensure pattern accuracy, measurement consistency, and technical compliance.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Merchandising, Sample, and Production teams.
- Maintain CAD files, pattern records, and related technical documentation.
- Support production teams in resolving pattern- and marker-related issues.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, sincerity, and willingness to learn.
- At least 02-03 years relevant practical experience in CAD operations in the garments or apparel manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Gerber CAD software.
- Skills in pattern making, pattern grading, and marker making.
- Knowledge of garment measurements, construction, and technical specifications.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum HSC or Bachelor`s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
