Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, proactive, and target-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling brand-new and reconditioned passenger vehicles, developing customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and handling relevant vehicle documentation, including registration and bank loan processing.Candidates with prior experience in automobile sales, particularly in selling brand-new passenger vehicles, will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell brand-new passenger vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
- Generate new leads through customer networking, digital platforms, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, arrange test drives, and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company`s overall sales growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle vehicle registration documentation and coordinate with the relevant authorities or service providers.
- Assist customers with bank loan applications, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with financial institutions.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, booking records, payment updates, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing to identify new sales opportunities.
- Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- Prior experience in automobile sales, especially brand-new passenger vehicles, is highly preferred.
- Experience in vehicle registration procedures and bank loan processing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills may also be considered.
- A valid driving license and practical driving skills are mandatory.
