Job Responsibilities
We're building an enterprise ERP platform on Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19 with React Compiler, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4. The product is data-dense: large tables, complex forms, rich-text documents, dashboards, and print-ready output. We care about runtime performance, and you'll own production modules from day one.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain ERP modules with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, following our modular codebase patterns.
- Decide Server vs. Client Component boundaries and keep heavy features (editors, charts, print) out of the critical bundle.
- Keep Core Web Vitals healthy, especially INP, on table- and form-heavy screens.
- Implement multi-step forms (React Hook Form + Zod) and virtualized data tables (TanStack Table/Virtual).
- Handle API integration and client state with SWR, Axios, and Zustand.
- Build accessible, reusable UI components with Tailwind, Shadcn UI, and Radix.
- Work in code reviews and with backend, QA, and design.
Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
- Strong JavaScript: closures, async/await, the event loop, and browser internals.
- Strong React: hooks, rendering behavior, and writing code that follows the Rules of React.
- Very good Next.js (App Router): Server/Client Components, routing, layouts, data fetching, caching.
- Core Web Vitals: you can profile with DevTools/Lighthouse and fix INP, CLS, and LCP issues, covering code splitting, lazy loading, and render optimization.
- TypeScript (generics, utility types, narrowing), Tailwind CSS, and Git workflows.
- A deployed project you built that we can review.
- TanStack Table/Virtual, React Hook Form + Zod, Zustand, SWR.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS dashboards.
- Familiarity with React Compiler.
- Exposure to Tiptap, Recharts, or print/barcode workflows (we'll teach the rest).
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- BSc in CSE, Software Engineering, or a related field. Skills matter more than CGPA.
Experience
- At most 2 years
