Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Report to the department head every three days and provide weekly reports.
- Comprehensive expertise in garment construction and sewing methodologies across various product categories.
- Knowledge of pattern development and grading techniques to support accurate garment fit and sizing.
- Understand fabric behavior, including drape, stretch, shrinkage, and performance characteristics.
- Develop, interpret, and manage technical documentation, including technical specification sheets (Tech Packs), grading rules, measurement charts, construction details, and product blueprints.
- Understand apparel manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with design, product development, and production teams to achieve optimal fit, functionality, and commercial viability.
Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
Educational Requirement
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (Qualification may be considered based on relevant work experience).
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
Experience
- At least 5 years
