Job Responsibilities
High-skill knowledge and Experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics Coordination, Financial Management, Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence, Customer Relationship, Operational Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation for the following workshop business:
- Repair of Turbocharger’s rotor assemblies and shafts, recovered by metal spraying and machining, compressor and turbine wheels and blades, Nozzle rings and diffusers, Plain and anti-friction bearings, Casings: welding, machining and wall-thickness checks, Heat exchangers and charge air coolers.
- Turbocharger’s Complete overhaul of engine's intercooler (Jenbacher, MWM, MAN, Caterpillar and more), Chemical, mechanical and ultrasonic cleaning of tube bundle and fins, Hydraulic and leak testing, Header, plate and tube repair, Bundle replacement and gasket fabrication, Final painting and reservation of the charge air cooler.
- Turbocharger’s Shaft and blade recovery (grinding, metal spraying, machining), Casing and nozzle-ring reconditioning, Reconditioned cartridges, balanced and final-tested, Air filter silencers and bearing packs, Oil pumps for VTR, VTC and PDH turbochargers.
