Graphics & Creative Execution Junior Executive

Job Summary

MBM Group, one of the pioneering apparel manufacturers in Bangladesh, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphics & Creative Execution Junior Executive. The position will be responsible for developing branding collaterals, managing the Group’s social media presence, producing creative copy in English and Bangla, and planning and executing corporate events from concept to on-site delivery.The role requires close collaboration with senior management and departments across the Group on creative projects, coordination with print vendors and photographers, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms and materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, banners, posters, invitations, reports, and other branding materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with the Group’s corporate identity.
• Prepare designs for both digital and print applications.
• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, typography, and visual communication across all materials.

2. Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop creative posts, visual content, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate content planning and publishing schedules.

3. Copywriting & Content Development

• Assist in developing captions, announcements, event communications, promotional copy, and other written materials in both English and Bangla.

4. Corporate Events & Creative Execution

• Assist in coordinating corporate events from concept development to on-site execution.
• Develop event themes, invitations, backdrops, signage, promotional materials, and other event collaterals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, photographers, and other service providers.
• Monitor event timelines, production requirements, and execution quality.

5. Coordination & Project Management

• Work closely with senior management and relevant departments to understand creative requirements.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and photographers.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all assigned creative projects.

• Age At least 22 years

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered image generation tools (e.g., Google Flow and Google AI Studio).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color composition, and visual storytelling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate briefs into effective visual outputs.
• Attention to detail, creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At most 3 years
