Job Responsibilities
- Align with sales leadership to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual BEP sales and P&L and track actual performance vs targets to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Support S&OP process with updated volume/value projections and monitor trade promotions, distributor margins, discounts and ensure adherence to company policy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade schemes and promotional investments.
- Ensure proper accruals and provisioning for trade spends.
- Evaluate pricing proposals, customer deals and channel program to ensure profitable growth monitor contribution margin by SKU, region, channel and distributor.
- Provide recommendations to optimise product mix and channel profitability.
- Design and validate sales incentives scheme aligned with strategic priorities.
- Track sales team KPIs and provide analytical insights.
- Prepare dashboards and present insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skill.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and other teams.
- FMCG experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Advance Excel.
Educational Requirement
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
- Professional qualification such as CA (CC), CMA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
