Job Responsibilities
Dokmi is looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer who is passionate about building user-friendly, high-performing websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working on both front-end and back-end development. A basic understanding of SEO best practices will be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and basic PHP frameworks
- Convert designs (Figma, PSD, PDF, etc.) into responsive, functional websites
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance website features
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix website issues for clients and internal projects
- Assist in implementing basic SEO practices (on-page optimization, page speed improvements, structured layout)
- Collaborate with designers and team members to deliver high-quality projects
- Follow best practices for clean, efficient, and scalable code
Requirements

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Ability to convert design files into working websites
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
