Job Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule counseling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student support.
- Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities.
Requirements
- Age 23 to 28 years
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center operations (experience in the education industry is preferred).
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
