Job Responsibilities
- Expert in maintenance of HVAC and Chiller Systems.
- Expert in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints.
- Adhere to all building codes specifically on Fire & Safety
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of work experience with Magnetic Bearing Chiller (preferrable work experience with BROAD brand) system.
- Must have time management skills to work within tight deadlines.
- Must have good communication skills (both in English and Bangla) to write budget estimates and speak with relevant people.
- Must know how to use and maintain mechanical abilities to design complicated heating and cooling systems for different sites.
- Monitor and ensure the proper performance of Electro-Mechanical Systems.
- Maintain the workloads of the Assistant engineers, foremen, firemen, liftmen and technicians.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field from any reputed institutions.
Experience
- At least 5 years
