Job ContextThe Manager – Chicken Broiler Farm in Rangpur. Will be responsible for overall broiler farm operations, ensuring productivity, bio-security, quality standards, and cost control in line with company policy and budget.Job Location: Rangpur AreaJob Responsibilities
- To run a Chicken Broiler Farm independently
- Supervise broiler farm operations ensuring bird health, body weight, and bio-security standards
- Monitor vaccination, medication schedules, QA checks, and hygiene in coordination with Micro Lab
- Control production cost of chicks
- Monitor feed, medicine, and disinfectant inventory, including expiry and quantity
- Planning and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and bio-security requirements
- Develop, motivate, and retain high-potential team members
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Broiler Management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and team player
- Experience in Commercial Broiler Farm Management
- Business Area: Poultry
Educational Requirement
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or BSc in Animal Husbandry
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
