Job Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor & follow up HR related issue like recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, manage grievance & disciplinary management, organizational development etc.
- Undertake measures in developing the required talent and prepare the organizational organogram, JD & succession planning etc. employees of the company.
- To implement and monitor the HR plan and policies to provide professional HR services in the company.
- Prepare plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the company policy and procedure.
- Ensure & conduct all kinds of training, assessment, development & monitoring including proper record keeping.
- Follow the advice and guide of head of HR to ensure good employee relations, communication as well as grievance & dispute related mitigate issues.
- Maintain compensation and benefits structure of the company and undertake all related activities as per the company Policy.
- Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system (HRIS) in the company.
- Execution of company`s administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
- To support Compliance team related with local laws, regulations and different buyers’ requirements. Play the roles & responsibilities of company custodian for preservation/ conservation of company confidential documents, agreements in safe and sound manner with entire satisfaction of Management.
- To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
- To control, direct monitor & motivate the all-department employees.
- Any other task will be assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Smart in situation handling.
- Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
- Skills & Expertise: HRD Organization Development/ Process ImprovementOther Relevant SkillsAdministrative Support CTPAT, Employee Relations with ISO Standard & OHSAS Organizational Skills Security Management Social Advancement.

Educational Requirement
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Masters
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM from BIM will get preference

- 8 to 10 years
