- Lead all mechanical engineering, maintenance, and utility operations to ensure uninterrupted factory production and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for production machinery, boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, and other mechanical utilities, as applicable.
- Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and energy consumption to optimize equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, buyer codes, and relevant inspection and certification requirements for mechanical equipment and utilities.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the mechanical engineering and maintenance team while coordinating with Production, IE, EHS, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Requirements
- 15 years in relevant field is required in any reputed and Compliance based Garments Factory.
Educational Requirement
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any Public or Reputed Private University.
Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning
