Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for security and related services.
- Conduct regular corporate visits to offices, factories, shopping malls, hospitals, residential buildings, and other potential client locations.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and present company services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, and service offers for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and proposals to convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain client databases and submit regular marketing and sales reports.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Experience working in a security guard company or security service provider will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, and security service marketing will receive preference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Good knowledge of corporate marketing and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
- Willingness to travel frequently for corporate visits and client meetings.
- A valid driving licence and the ability to ride a motorcycle are preferred.
- Candidates with personal transportation will receive preference.
