Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly fish feed sales targets in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and develop dealers in the assigned area/district and ensure timely payment recovery.
- Provide technical services to farmers/customers regarding feed usage, fish health management, pond management, and best aquaculture practices.
- Conduct regular farm visits, farmer meetings, and demonstrations to promote products, increase awareness, and generate sales.
- Take initiatives to organize farmer training programs on farm management and best practices in aquaculture.
- Collect and analyze farmer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends for reporting and strategy development.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and technical reports as per management requirements.
- Explore new markets and support dealer expansion to increase fish feed sales coverage.
Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Minimum 1 years experience in Fish Feed Sales or Technical Services or both.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field areas.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Requirement
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries or Marine Biology
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
