Job Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and correct patterns based on fitting and sample feedback
- Make accurate sample consumption
- Prepare garment patterns according to design concepts, sketches, and specifications
- Follow up with the sample section to ensure timely sample development
- Ensure proper fitting, grading, and measurement accuracy
- Achieve assigned monthly sample targets
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams
- Identify and resolve pattern-related technical issues during sampling
- Prepare and submit daily output reports
- Prepare monthly work progress and performance reports
- Maintain pattern quality as per buyer and company standards
- Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management
Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Strong working knowledge of WINDA software
- Sound knowledge of knit & woven garments
- Good understanding of garment construction, fitting, and measurements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors

- 10 to 12 years
