Currently, we are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for our ongoing projects.We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who will be responsible for overall site supervision,Job Responsibility:
- project management, and ensuring the highest standards of construction quality.
- Supervise overall building construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and structural design.
- Monitor foundation, column, beam, slab and finishing works.
- Responsible for site materials receiving and strict quality checking.
- Manage and execute company related all other technical and administrative work.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- *Skills & Expertise*
- Auto CAD, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, BOQ, Estimation Building Construction,
Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 3- 5 years of practical experience in building construction is mandatory.
- Experience in at least 2-3 completed building projects. High-rise / commercial building experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings interpretation.
- Excellent site management & problem-solving ability.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation & measurement.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Report preparation).
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Construction Building and Roads works .
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science BSc Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized public private University
Experience
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
