Job SummaryElegance Specialized Hospital PLC is seeking experienced, smart, well-organized, and patient-friendly Receptionists to manage front-desk operations and ensure efficient patient services. Candidates must have practical hospital reception experience, good computer knowledge, and the ability to work with ERP or Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) software.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, doctor schedules, and inquiries.
- Operate hospital ERP/HMIS software accurately for daily reception activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Handle telephone calls and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Maintain patient information, registration records, and appointment schedules.
- Assist with billing coordination and patient service management.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
- Report software-related issues and coordinate with the IT team when necessary.
Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
- Good knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
- Practical knowledge of hospital ERP/HMIS software is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hospital Receptionist is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a specialized hospital or diagnostic centre is preferred.
- Practical experience using hospital ERP software for patient registration, appointments, billing, or related operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, and hospital ERP/HMIS software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional behaviour, patience, and a patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required.
Educational Requirement
Minimum HSC; a bachelor`s degree is preferred.
