The position will manage implementation of consultancies, project acquisition including proposal development.Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and design research, evaluation, organizational development consulting assignments including client coordination.
• Proactively track consulting activities and timely submission of deliverables.
• Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research, assessments and evaluation studies.
• Conduct organizational capacity assessments and implement institutional capacity building activities.
• Prepare high-quality analytical reports, and make presentation to the clients.
• Facilitate training and workshops for public and private organizations / stakeholders

• Advance skill in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in research and organization development sector.
• Experience in consulting firms, research organizations or similar professional environments will be preferred.
• Experience in developing interactive training module and delivery of training for diverse audience
• Experience in working with multiple assignments simultaneously and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to female candidates

Technical Skill Requirements

• Practical working experience with Stata and SurveyCTO/KoBo programming
• Familiarity with other research/data-analysis software

A Master`s degree in Statistics / Economics / Health Economics, or any other social science discipline.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Market Research Firms

Salary: Tk. 30,000 - 50,000 (Monthly), negotiable for an exceptionally deserving candidateOther Benefits
