Job Responsibilities
Otithee City & Resort Limited is looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to the company's business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's services to individual customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Generate leads through phone calls, client meetings, networking, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
- Negotiate with clients and convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
