Job Responsibilities
Job SummaryWe are looking for a competent and experienced Senior Executive – IE & Planning (Sweater Knitting) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in sweater knitting production planning, machine capacity utilization, order booking, and shipment follow-up.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sweater knitting production plans according to confirmed orders and shipment schedules.
- Analyze gauge-wise machine capacity, available capacity, order booking, and machine loading to ensure optimum utilization.
- Prepare knitting plans based on order quantity, yarn in-house dates, knitting lead time, and required delivery dates.
- Follow up on yarn in-house status, PP approval, size-set approval, and other pre-production requirements.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Yarn Store, Knitting, Linking, and other relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor daily knitting output against planned targets and take corrective action to minimize production gaps.
- Identify capacity shortages, machine idle time, production bottlenecks, and potential shipment risks.
- Prepare and maintain order-wise production status, capacity reports, machine utilization reports, and management updates.
- Ensure timely knitting completion and smooth handover to the next production process.
- Support management in reducing overtime, idle time, production delays, and unnecessary operational costs.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Experience
