Job Responsibilities
Cutout Partner is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Photo Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, strong retouching expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality images within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional product, fashion, model, and skin retouching.
- Handle clipping path, background removal, image masking, color correction, and natural shadow creation.
- Maintain image quality, color accuracy, realistic textures, and consistent results.
- Review edited images and ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Guide junior editors and assist with quality control when required.
- Use Photoshop AI tools, Generative Fill, Generative Expand, and other AI-powered editing tools where appropriate.
- Write effective AI prompts to generate, modify, or enhance images.
- Combine AI-generated elements with manual Photoshop editing for realistic results.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company files, client images, and project information.
- Expected Joining Date: 1 December 2026.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift).

Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- Only Male
- Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating professional photo retouching and image editing skills.
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop knowledge is required.
- Must be able to maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in product, fashion, model, and skin retouching is preferred.
- Knowledge of Photoshop AI tools, Generative Fill, and AI prompt writing will be an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working in a team.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of company files, client images, and project information.
