- Plan and execute showroom layouts and interior decoration according to the brand concept, requirements, and budget.
- Create attractive product displays, including mannequin styling and merchandise placement on racks and shelves to enhance customer engagement.
- Plan and implement showroom themes and visual decorations for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, winter collections, and other major campaigns.
- Ensure appropriate lighting setups and effective use of props and decorative elements to enhance product presentation.
- Develop and implement guidelines to maintain a consistent brand standard and aesthetic across multiple outlets
Requirements
- 1β3 years of relevant experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Interior Decorator in a fashion house, retail brand, or similar organization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design software.
- Strong understanding of color combinations, showroom lighting, space planning, and current fashion/retail trends.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams, management, contractors, and craftsmen.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Bachelorβs Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Super store
