Requirements

Age At most 35 years

Good Knowledge in Store, Inventory, Warehouse etc.
Stock management, Goods received and delivery, Maintain Stock, Stock entry.
Receiving, unpacking, and storing products or materials in appropriate locations, ensuring easy access and efficient use of space.
Conducting regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or stock outs, and ensuring that the products are in good condition.
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment when necessary, often coordinating with suppliers or management.
Inspecting goods for quality, and ensuring that damaged or expired items are removed or reported.
Keeping detailed records of all transactions (in and out) involving stock, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of good.
Good sound knowledge about ERP Software.
Manages inventory, ensures compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and controls the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Manages raw material (RM), packing material (PM), and finished goods (FG) inventory.
Verifies, inspects, and accepts deliveries, ensuring product quality, compliance, and quantity, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Arranges products on racks/pallets, ensuring proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, hygiene).
Prepares and issues or dispatches goods based on purchase orders.
Maintains meticulous records (physical documents & system-based/ERP), prepares daily/monthly reports, manages damaged/expired products.
Identifies, documents, and manages expired or damaged products.
