Job Context:MI Moves International Education & Migration is looking for experienced and target-oriented Student Counsellors to join our team for Canada and Ireland student recruitment and admission counselling.Important: Only candidates with relevant professional experience in student counselling or the overseas education consultancy industry are eligible to apply. Freshers will not be considered.Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students interested in higher education opportunities in Canada and Ireland.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and educational institutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Assist students throughout the admission application process.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into successful applications and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission and visa processing teams.
- Maintain student databases, counselling records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets assigned by management.
- Stay updated on admission requirements and relevant education and visa policies for Canada and Ireland.
Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, negotiation, and student follow-up skills.
- Ability to convert prospective students into applicants.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, email communication, and data management.
- Ability to achieve monthly targets and work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and a professional attitude.
Educational Requirement
