Job Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline
- Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room)
- Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High-End Retouch
- Flexible working at shifting duty (Morning, Evening & Night). Willing to do overtime duty
- Be able to communicate efficiently in ENGLISH - both written and verbal
- He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player
- Be able to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment.
- Be able to lead and manage teams (40-50 employees)
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance
- Minimum 7-8 years of proven working experience at relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Team Manager/ Sr. Team Manager
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Diploma in Computer
- Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science from any university/ Bachelor`s degree in graphic design
- Educational requirements can be considered for experienced candidates
Experience
- 7 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Call Center
