  • ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐–๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ž & ๐๐Ÿ๐ ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ: Pitch and sell premium solar panels, industrial inverters, and battery storage systems (BESS) to meet monthly targets.
  • ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ ๐€๐œ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Identify, approach, and convert local EPC firms, wholesale retailers, and industrial factory owners into active corporate buyers.
  • ๐ƒ๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  & ๐‘๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ: Formulate commercial quotations, manage price negotiations, close high-value sales deals, and ensure timely payment recovery.
  • ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Conduct active market visits, monitor competitor pricing, and aggressively push our product lineup to capture maximum market share in Bangladesh.

Requirements

  • Age 25 to 50 years
  • Only Male
  • ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐Ÿ‘-5 ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ of B2B solar sales experience in BD.
  • Strong negotiation, target-driven mindset, and high mobility.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Diploma
  • BSc in EEE or relevant. (Note: ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ค ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ outweighs academic degrees).
