Job Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cosmetics, skincare, haircare, makeup, and other beauty products.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Maintain an updated database of customer names, contact numbers, inquiries, orders, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with showroom sales staff, inventory personnel, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Good Bengali communication skills; basic English communication is preferred.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and customer database management.
- Positive attitude, patience, honesty, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Educational Requirement
- HSC
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in BBA
Experience
