Territory Executive (Feed Sales)

Nabil Feed, a fast-growing concern of Nabil Group of Industries, is engaged in producing premium quality poultry, fish, and cattle feed across Bangladesh. We are looking for some dynamics, result-oriented, and strategic sales Executives to lead Feed sales operations, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable growth for the assigned territory.Major Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Assist to enhance dealer network & maintain strong relationships with the existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Poultry, Cattle & Fish farm owners, dealers, distributors and other potential customers.
• Promote the company’s feed products by ensuring product quality, nutritional benefits and performance advantages to customers.
• Assist Zonal Manager to conduct marketing activities, small group meeting (SGM), farmer seminar, campaign and farm visit.
• Coordinate with the distribution, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and adequate stock availability in the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers and customers in accordance with the company's credit policy.
• Any other relevant assignment given by the management.

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry, Fisheries

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy, Agro based Startup
