Job Responsibilities
Working Area: Sylhet City CorporationJob Responsibilities:
- Lead all the relevant administrative & Academic teams/activities.
- Help & support staff development and ensure a positive & creative academic environment.
- Help develop efficient classroom operations that lead to better student outcomes and optimization of operational efficiency.
- Develop & manage student information system that includes enrollment and academic performance/excellence.
- Implement Academy policies, academic plans, and value-based initiatives.
- Supervise curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and assessment processes.
- Lead & foster co-curricular activities, community service activities, and moral/character-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with educational board regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.
- Follow and ensure child right and safeguarding issues are maintained.
Requirements
- Only Male
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- At least 5 Years of teaching experience at any good standing school/college.
- Candidates with a Madrasa educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Have commitment and experience in fostering value-based education.
Educational Requirement
- Honors & Masters from a recognized university

Benefits & Facilities
- Two festival bonuses in a year. Each bonus equivalent to basic of salary/50% of gross.
