Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Tourist, Business, and Visit Visa processing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of applications.
- Provide professional visa consultation and client counselling based on travel purpose, eligibility, and destination-specific requirements.
- Review, verify, and prepare visa applications and supporting documents in accordance with embassy and visa application center guidelines.
- Manage appointment scheduling, application submission, follow-up, and timely communication with clients throughout the visa processing cycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, immigration regulations, embassy guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Design, customize, and sell international tour packages according to clients’ travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Develop well-structured tour itineraries covering destinations, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements and service delivery.
- Manage client inquiries and leads, conduct effective follow-ups, and convert prospects into confirmed visa and tour package bookings.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, personalized service, and effective after-sales support.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain a professional and consistent online presence.
- Coordinate and publish relevant visa, travel, tour package, promotional, and brand-related content across social media channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries, messages, comments, and potential customer leads.
- Support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications, client information, sales activities, and digital inquiries while ensuring strict confidentiality.
