ABOUT USSuma International Services Ltd. is a licensed Bangladeshi travel company serving thousands of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, holiday travellers and corporate clients every year. Our creative work reaches families on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, so it has to feel trustworthy, warm and polished. We are looking for a creative who can design the idea and bring it to life in motion.THE ROLEYou will turn a travel offer into a scroll-stopping visual. You will think like a visualizer, finding the concept, the composition and the story. Then you will think like a motion designer, animating it into a clean, premium Reel, video ad or social creative. You will work directly with the marketing team and management, and your work will go live quickly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop visual concepts for Hajj, Umrah, holiday package, visa and air ticket campaigns.
• Design static creatives, carousels and posters for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Produce motion graphics, Reels, short video ads and promo videos (typically 10 to 30 seconds, in4:5, 9:16 and 16:9).
• Edit video footage, add kinetic typography, transitions, sound design and music.
• Build campaign visuals around real offers, prices and hotels with accurate details.
• Keep every deliverable consistent with the Suma brand: colours, fonts, logo usage and tone.
• Adapt one idea into multiple formats and sizes.
• Use AI image and video tools (such as Gemini, Flow, Veo, Mi journey) to speed up concepting and production, and refine the output with professional finishing.
• Meet deadlines in a fast, campaign-driven environment and handle revisions professionally.
• Maintain an organised library of source files and final exports.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalents such as DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Canva Pro).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and composition.
• Good motion fundamentals: timing, easing, rhythm and kinetic type.
• Ability to handle Bangla and English typography correctly.
• Working knowledge of social media formats and what performs on Reels and Facebook ads.
• Comfort with AI-assisted creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail: a wrong price, date or spelling is not acceptable in our industry.
• Good communication and the ability to take feedback and improve quickly.

PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience in travel, tourism, aviation or the Hajj and Umrah sector.
• Basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) or sound design skills.
• Experience in photography or cinematography.
• Understanding of Islamic etiquette and sensitivity in religious content.

• Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
• Formal training in design, multimedia, animation or fine arts is plus.
• A strong portfolio matters more than a certificate.
