Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive annual and periodic factory audit plans to lead factory audit engagements to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Review & verify the implementation of SOPs, industry regulations, and applicable compliance standards across factory operations.
- Allocate audit assignments, delegate responsibilities, guide, and supervise auditors during fieldwork to ensure effective audit execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, financial irregularities, and potential business risks through systematic audit procedures.
- Present significant audit findings, critical observations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Analytical and root cause thinking ability.
- Good in report writing and presentation.
- Integrity and courage to escalate.
- Expertise in MS Excel.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Those who have completed CA - CC (PL Level) will get preference.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
