Develop and execute short-, medium- and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, market share and distribution objectives.
Lead brand development, product positioning, pricing strategy, promotional planning and new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, R&D and other relevant functions.
Identify new market opportunities, consumer insights, competitor strategies and emerging industry trends to strengthen the company`s competitive position.
Drive sales performance across General Trade, Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, E-commerce and other relevant channels through effective planning, execution and performance monitoring.
Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets and business KPIs, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross margin, market penetration and profitability targets.
Ensure effective coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Admin and other functional departments to maintain product availability, optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor business performance through regular reviews of sales, market share, profitability, inventory, receivables and other key performance indicators, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
