Job Responsibilities
- Job design, standardized timing (SMV), and method development.
- Production balancing and process engineering.
- Responsible for analyzing workers’ performance.
- Monitor workflow after initialization and update methodologies from time to time.
- Should understand garment washing and quality procedures.
- Fine-tune processes and suggest work aids and attachments.
- Analyze operator performance.
- Prepare construction/style packages and follow up accordingly.
- Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying and solving bottlenecks, and engineering workstations.
- Participate in production planning.
- Must be able to practically implement IE concepts to improve productivity.
- Develop an IE team and train production (sewing/washing) teams in IE concepts; advise management on IE matters.
- Coordinate with the washing department to improve working procedures.
- Experience in working costing and production SMV.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
