Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of sterile manufacturing, filling, sealing, lyophilization, and packaging equipment, as assigned.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system faults within the scope of technical competence.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and performance verification activities.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history records, breakdown reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and QA to ensure maintenance activities are performed under appropriate GMP controls.
- Support spare-parts management, equipment modification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper equipment checks and documentation before returning equipment to service.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
- Help minimize equipment downtime and improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Relevant experience in industrial or pharmaceutical equipment maintenance will be preferred.
- Experience with sterile manufacturing equipment and pharmaceutical utility systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and technical documentation.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
