Lead and manage the Dyeing & Washing R&D department.
Develop new washing techniques, dyeing processes, and innovative finishes to meet buyer requirements.
Conduct research, product development, lab dips, and washing trials.
Ensure shade accuracy, color consistency, quality standards, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Technical teams.
Optimize chemical consumption, water usage, production costs, and process performance.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, chemical management standards, and environmental regulations.
Guide the R&D team to achieve product development and production objectives.

Experience Requirements

8–12 years of relevant experience in the Dyeing & Washing R&D department of a garments/textile manufacturing organization.
Strong knowledge of denim/garment washing, dyeing, finishing, and chemical applications.
Practical experience in new product development, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
