Conduct R&D activities for garment dyeing, washing, and finishing processes.
Develop new washes, shades, effects, and finishes according to buyer specifications.
Perform lab trials, sample development, shade matching, and process testing.
Support bulk production by resolving washing and dyeing-related technical issues.
Maintain R&D records, recipes, chemical consumption data, and sample approval documents.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams to ensure timely sample development.
Follow chemical safety procedures and applicable buyer compliance requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
Strong presentation and delivery skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

Experience & Requirements

3–6 years of relevant experience in Dyeing & Washing R&D.
Good knowledge of garment washing techniques, dyeing processes, chemical applications, and shade development.
Ability to conduct trials, analyze results, and solve technical problems.Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
